Wholesale Sourdough Bread

Bourke Street’s delicious organic sourdough bread and baguettes are available for wholesale! All of our sourdough in NYC is baked fresh daily with organic flour and a levain (starter) from the same mix used at our very first Sydney bakery in 2004. Our breads do not have any additives or preservatives. Our entire sourdough range is slow fermented, taking 24-72 hours to be created. Each loaf is initially rolled and shaped before being left to rest overnight. This is a hand made product that takes (skill + love) 2 days to make.
