We are seeking a friendly and reliable counterhand to join our bakery team and provide exceptional customer service to our patrons. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baked goods, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Barista/Counterhand - Chelsea
We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a barista and counterhand at our bakery café. This role involves preparing and serving coffee beverages while also providing exceptional customer service at the bakery counter. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee and baked goods, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
District Manager - NYC/JC
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic district manager responsible for overseeing all retail locations, which will be subject to change as our business grows. Success in this role will require a strong but empathetic leader with exemplary communication skills. The ability to bridge the gap between stores and senior leadership is key. Demonstrating high emotional intelligence will foster a positive, calm, and friendly workplace. This will improve retention, morale, and profitability. This is a hands-on position; the district manager is expected to work behind the counter when the store is short of staffed or for a short time during peak sales. This allows for a higher level of thinking, forecasting, and maintaining a position of authority.
